Boundary Line Disputes

Boundary line and neighbor disputes involving quiet title, easements, trespass, nuisance and loss of lateral and subjacent support are common in crowded Los Angeles communities.  With tight boundary lines and widespread development of older homes and buildings, disputes often arise as to where property lines and setback requirements exist and what rights and remedies owners have to pursue claims for trespass, nuisance and vibration damage from construction activities.  Invasive tree roots that find their way to adjacent properties are also common and on the rise.   We work closely with property owners of all sizes to deal with these complex and emotional neighbor disputes efficiently and effectively.
