2019 Summer Associate Program
Gibbs Giden has completed hiring for its 2019 Summer Associate Program. In general, summer associate candidates must be rising or current 2L law students at an ABA-accredited law school and should be in the top 1/3 of his or her law school class, although exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis.
Employment Litigation Attorney (or Practice Group)
Gibbs Giden is looking for one or more labor and employment attorneys with a modest $100,000+ portable book of business. In addition to employment litigation, the position involves advising clients on risk management, claims avoidance, regulatory compliance, and general business matters. Prior law firm experience, good academic credentials, and strong writing skills are important. The candidate(s) must have excellent oral advocacy skills as well. The candidate(s) must have the desire to interact with clients, attract new clients, and assume primary client responsibility.
