Ben is perhaps best known for his landmark work in intellectual property rights within the construction field. Notably, he served as lead counsel for the defendant architect in the largest construction copyright infringement lawsuit in U.S. history, securing a total defense verdict after a six-week jury trial.

About Ben Patrick
Ben earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2006. He is admitted to practice in California, Florida, and Minnesota, as well as several federal courts including the Court of Federal Claims and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. He remains an active leader in the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry, where he has previously chaired several key committees.
