PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Sarah La Mendola is an associate of the firm based in the Westlake office. Her areas of practice concentrate on Commercial Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, Business Litigation, Business Transactions, and Corporate law. Her experiences include the following industries: fashion, pharmaceutical, communications, information technology, manufacturing and services.

Sarah La Mendola earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Pavia (Italy), one of the top University in Italy. In addition, she earned a Master of Laws from the University of California-Los Angeles. Sarah La Mendola has worked internationally in Milan for an International Business law firm, where she developed an expertise in cross border transactions, commercial contracts as well as in a wide variety of corporate matters. Ms. La Mendola also worked for firms and companies inside the U.S. where she furthered her knowledge of U.S business law and real estate law.
