PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Maxwell Harrington is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibbs Giden where he represents clients in all areas of business and commercial matters with an emphasis on construction litigation. Mr. Harrington has worked on complex construction litigation (both public and private), contract analysis, contract drafting, real estate transactions and disputes, corporate governance issues, and employment disputes. Mr. Harrington counsels clients through all phases of litigation and arbitration, from the initial pleading stage, discovery, law and motion work, case management and motion hearings, pre-trial preparation and through trial. He helps clients obtain favorable judgments and is experienced in enforcing judgments through various collection remedies.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Harrington worked for a startup company in the United Kingdom, directing operations through its initial round of funding and eventual merger.
