PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Lewis is an associate attorney in the Irvine office of Gibbs Giden. He is a litigator with experience representing businesses and high-net-worth individuals in contract, real estate purchase and disclosure, trademark, supplier/distributor, internal partnership, ground lease, easement, insurance coverage, mechanics lien, and defamations cases, among others. He has experience in all aspects of the litigation cycle in both state and federal courts. He has resolved disputes at mediation and arbitration, tried cases to judgment, and argued before the California Appellate Court. He uses his broad knowledge base to find solutions to resolve cases efficiently and to advise clients in the other aspects of their business to prevent future disputes.
