PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Georgia Johnson is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibbs Giden where she represents clients in all areas of business and commercial matters with an emphasis on corporate real estate transactions and business law. Ms. Johnson has worked on business formation and reorganization, real estate transactions and disputes, construction litigation, bankruptcy litigation, contract analysis, contract drafting and negotiation, media law and multi-platform licensing, corporate governance issues, and related matters.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Johnson worked was the Features Editor for the Santa Cruz Weekly newspaper where she primarily focused on long form investigative journalism, technology, agriculture and environmental issues.
