Georgia Johnson is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibbs Giden, where she represents clients in a broad range of business and commercial matters with a particular emphasis on real estate and construction. Her practice includes negotiating and advising on business formations and reorganizations, real estate and finance transactions, purchase and sale agreements, stock incentive plans, shareholder agreements, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance issues.
