Professional Experience

Ms. Tullius is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibbs Giden. She represents clients in the areas of construction claims and litigation, real estate transactions and litigation, and business and commercial transactions and litigation.

Beyond being a California attorney, Ms. Tullius has nearly two decades of experience with residential, commercial, and industrial property management. She owns and operates a small, specialty construction company and thus brings clients her first-hand, in-depth knowledge of issues facing California contractors and business owners in all aspects of their business. She has experience with union relations, contract drafting, contract negotiation, entity formation, corporate governance, construction claims, and compliance issues, among others.

Ms. Tullius is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Loyola Law School.
