New Developments in Public Works Bidding and Contracts and Force Majeure in the Age of COVID-19

As in previous years, Barbara Gadbois has presented to the Gateway Chapter an annual public project (construction) procurement legislative update. This year is no different except that it is being done via a video webinar. Additionally, she will spend half of the webinar discussing some legal implications of COVID-19 on contracts and end with a Q&A session. This is a webinar not to be missed!
