Ted Scott, Secretariat International will discuss recent trends in the use of expert witnesses in international arbitration, and effective means of presenting expert witnesses

Nathan O’ Malley, LL.M, Gibbs Giden Locher Turner Senet  & Wittbrodt LLP, will discuss recent case law concerning in-house counsel and attorney-client privilege in international dispute resolution.
