Please come hear Barbara Gadbois of Gibbs, Giden, Locher, Turner, Senet & Wittbrodt LLP discuss SB 7, the new prevailing wage law that applies to public works projects for charter cities, including what cities need to do to comply with the law, what public works projects may (or may not) be subject to the legislation, and enforcement of prevailing wage laws by the State Department of Industrial Relations.
