Professional Experience

Brandon is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law as certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. He obtained both his bachelor’s and law degrees from Brigham Young University. He has practiced law for over 22 years.

He practice focuses in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, trust and estate litigation, taxation, and business.

His trust and estate litigation includes participating in two published appellate court decisions: Aviles V. Swearingen (2017) 16 Cal.App.5th 485 and Breslin V. Breslin (2021) 62 Cal.App.5th 801. 

Hw has worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, publicly traded corporations, and small start-ups. 

He and his wife Becky have lived in Newbury Park, California since 2009 and are the parents of five children.
