The 15-partner team is led by ‘charismatic’ practice head Glenn Turner, who divides his time between the Los Angeles and Las Vegas offices, and includes acclaimed managing partner Richard Wittbrodt and ‘strong strategic thinker’ Barbara Gadbois, who are both LEED AP certified and part of the firm’s green building team. The practice handles transactions, project administration, litigation and alternative dispute resolution throughout the US, for a roster of longstanding general contractor clients in the healthcare, infrastructure and solar energy sectors. It has also experienced a growth in instructions from private-sector clients concerning multi-family constructions. Highlights included representing Layton Construction at trial against Universal Health Services regarding the construction of Palmdale Regional Medical Center. Other clients include Rose Bowl Operating Company and the City of Pasadena.
