Victor F. Luke is a partner at the firm focusing primarily on the litigation of construction, business transaction, real estate, and insurance disputes. Mr. Luke has successfully resolved dozens of disputes in his clients’ favor, from pre-litigation settlements to arbitrations, trials, and appeals. Mr. Luke has prevailed in a jury trial, a bench trial and an arbitration within the past year alone, positively recovering a total of tens of millions of dollars for his clients while successfully defending against tens of millions of dollars of claims. Mr. Luke has also recently settled multiple matters prior to trial, securing large recoveries for his clients and mitigating their risks.
Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Luke worked in the manufacturing sector and developed years of experience in the maintenance, repair, operation and management of high-speed production equipment. Decades of focus and effort in both the manufacturing and legal fields have brought him the opportunities to fix problems, especially technically demanding problems, at every stage in the most efficient manner that circumstances allow.
Mr. Luke graduated from U.C.L.A. Law School in 2004 and has been with the firm his entire legal career. Along with the California State Bar and Nevada State Bar he is a member of the American Bar Association. He has authored numerous chapters and treatise materials on the subjects of project owner liability, contractor liability and the False Claims Act.
