PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Anya Stanley is a partner at the firm where she practices in the insurance and risk management practice group. Ms. Stanley represents both the insured and the insurer, with special emphasis in the title insurance area, and advises the firm’s clients in bad faith claims, priority disputes, lender liability, the duty of the insurer to provide a defense, the equitable lien, and foreclosure issues. She is a frequent lecturer to the title insurance and real property industry groups and has provided expert testimony in many litigation matters.
