Kendra Leghart focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions and business litigation. In that capacity, she represents commercial landlords in leasing office, retail and industrial properties and advises companies and individuals in connection with the acquisition and sale of commercial and development properties. Ms. Leghart also litigates landlord-tenant issues, real property disputes, business torts, construction defect claims, and corporate governance issues. Her goal is to always achieve the best outcome for her client’s business by communicating effectively and by understanding both current market pressures and the client’s needs.
